Your Questions Answered Purchasing Instructions
1. You may purchase our CGS packs either individually or as a complete set of six at a discounted rate.
2. Currently we do not have an on line purchasing facility therefore you will need to print off and complete the appropriate order form A, B or C.
FORM A - To order individual CGS Packs please click here to print off an application form
FORM B - If you are registered member of PGA and wish to purchase all six packs at a special members discounted rate click here to print off an application form.
FORM C - If you are not a registered member of PGA and wish to purchase all six packs at a discounted rate click here to print off an application form.
Please complete the application form in full and make certain that you indicate which format (CD or Spiral Bound) you would like to receive them in.
Once completed please post the form together with a cheque for the appropriate amount made payable to PGA Ltd. to our offices at:

To help prevent unauthorised use and unlawful duplication you are asked to note that you cannot return the CD or spiral bound copies and no refund is possible if the security seals of the CD or the tamperproof packaging of spiral bound copies have been broken or interfered with unless such items are faulty. Your rights under consumer legislation are not affected.
