Contractor Guidance Sheets

Property Guarantee Administration has produced a unique collection of over 50 very useful 'Contractor Guidance Sheets' designed to help contractors run an efficient and effective building preservation company. They contain an immense amount of knowledge and information gained by many years of practical experience in the building preservation industry.

They are not aimed at the technical aspects of the preservation business such as problem identification or treatment procedures as these subjects are already adequately covered elsewhere.

The emphasis of the Guidance Sheets is towards the administrative side of running a preservation company such as enquiry processing, report writing, guarantee management, health and safety etc.

For a young growing company they will prove to be invaluable enabling you to 'skip' years of development and avoid pitfalls. Established companies will be able to use them as a basis for review and modification of existing procedures and the introduction of new systems.

Available on CD or as printed documents
There are currently six Contractor Guidance Sheet Packs that together make up the complete set of over 180 pages. Each Pack may be purchased individually or if all six Packs are purchased together then PGA registered members are entitled to a £90 discount and non members a £50 discount.

Report Writing Pack
A further pack, CGS Pack 7, has been introduced to assist contractors in the production of logical, comprehensive Rising Damp and Timber inspection reports. This pack brings together 16 Contractor Guidance Sheets from 5 of the 6 Packs and will prove invaluable to those struggling to establish a report writing format . CGS Pack 7 is available as an individual Pack only.
