The Condensation Season - October until March

droplets_small.jpgCondensation and its consequences is a common problem in many properties in the UK, especially between the months of October and March. This period is often referred to as ‘the condensation season’. Whilst it is possible, a persistent condensation problem in a property outside this period is unlikely. One should also be careful as evidence of a winter problem in the form of mould growth will remain until it is wiped off.

Therefore if you have what you believe to be condensation or you are told that you have a condensation problem outside this period it is probably something else or you are looking at historic damage.
